3PARdata designs Carrier-Class storage servers and software that will enable organizations to store, manage and retrieve information at lightning speed. Business Challenge

3PARdata required an integrated business solution incorporating Manufacturing and Distribution, Advanced Planning, Financials, Human Resources and Customer Relationship Management while allowing for national/international expansion.  As a newly formed company the solution required a rapid implementation timeline of 3 months to support a 6 month schedule for product design, shipment and customer support. They needed to define their outsourced manufacturing strategy and model, including integration of suppliers with internal planning, procurement, and fulfillment functions.  They also needed to prototype their customer service and support processes, including the ability to give their customers self-service information capabilities.
